Buying from our shop.

Once you have decided on the item you would like to purchase, click on add to cart. This will take you to your shopping cart, at this point you will need to select your Postage method, if no postage method selected goods will not be sent and you will receive an email from us. Please note that some items in our shop are freight delivery service only and maybe UK delivery only (these will be marked in item description).
You can now continue shopping or go to checkout, at this point if you decide that you do not require the item or you have picked the wrong item you can at this point remove the item from your cart.
At check out you will be asked to enter your email address or returning customers will be asked for their password then click continue with checkout.
You will be asked to create a password, this can be used if you return to this site and will save you time re-entering details again. Please keep your password safe and do not disclosed it to anyone, you will be responsible for all activities & orders place under your password. Carry on entering your address details, if you require the item(s) to be sent to another address i.e. work, please enter these details here click continuing to go to order summary. You now have payment options, choose the payment option that suits you best. You will then be given an order number for your purchase and you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order.

Payment Methods & Security

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Maestro & Solo (we do not accept American Express) card payments are made through the encrypted secure server of “Worldpay”. We do not see or store your card details. If you pay by Visa or MasterCard, you may be asked to
complete their security checks such as Mastercard securecode or Verified by Visa.
For those customers who prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, please make payable to “Autogas 2000 Ltd” and send to Carlton Miniott, Thirsk, North, Yorkshire, YO7 4NJ. Please note when paying by cheque goods will be sent after clearance of the cheque.
You can also telephone and we can take your payment details over the telephone (Office hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm).  Please note goods will be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Delivery Service

We will endeavour to despatch items with in 1 working day of order, subject to stock availability, orders place at weekends or National holidays will be despatched on the next working day. (Christmas, New Year holidays delivery times will be posted on shop front)
When special post before 1pm or 24 hr freight services, a signature will be require for receipt of goods. (This service does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays)  Special post and freight service are UK services only.
Please note that some items in our shop are freight delivery service only, these will be marked in item description. If the item has not been received by 7 days after purchase date, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns/Cancellation

If the product has been damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and we can arrange the return of the item and
replacement or refund of the item with you. If you are not happy with your purchase or wish to cancel your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition within 7 days from the date you received the item, you will receive a full refund. When returning items, please include details of purchase and how the item was paid for. If paid for by card, we will need to contact you for the card details that the item was paid for with to give refund. (We do not keep card details on file).
If the item is returned between 7 & 14 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part only the cost of the item will be refunded and no postage costs will be refunded. Refunds will be refunded within 30 days of receiving returned goods.

Tax Charges

All goods and services that are shown are subject to VAT at UK current rate (17.5%) unless stated otherwise, which will be added to item in the shopping cart.  Delivery services have VAT already included in price shown, where applicable.
