LPG- Autogas conversion for a four cylinder engine 800cc-2000cc
You are buying the conversion system / installation labour and online registration for a four cylinder car engine to run on LPG Autogas
The system installed uses a Sequential Gas injection system with the latest engine management strategy. The system will have in built self diagnosis and will inform the driver when it requires service and filter change as well as automatic switch back to petrol when the vehicle has run out of LPG.
The LPG tank will be fitted in the rear boot space using a spare wheel gas tank of a capacity to suit the vehicle around the 50ltr (9 gallon working capacity at max 80% fill), this can be subject to change depending on vehicle.

The filler will be the Dutch bayonet filler (UK standard) and (no adapters used) fitted in a suitable location to be agreed on seeing the vehicle
Please note LPG fuel is charged extra at 77ppl depending on final tank size
Installation
The installation of the conversion will be completed at our Autogas 2000 Ltd, Thirsk workshops.
Documentation provided with the completed conversion.
Engine conversion handbooks, service instructions and UKLPG registration receipt.
The vehicle will be registered on to the UKLPG database which a majority of the UK insurance companies use to check that the vehicle is fitted by an approved UKLPG installer and conforms to current standards.

24 month gas conversion manufacturer’s component warranty and 24 month labour warranty.
Conversion vehicle specification
The conversion listed is suitable for most petrol engines of and engine size from 800cc up to 2000cc. For further details to find out if your vehicle is OK for conversion please contact us prior to purchase of this conversion.
Some vehicles we advise against conversion as the engine may not be suitable, highly tuned or direct petrol injection. Again please contact us before hand.
The host vehicle must have current MOT and be taxed for road use.
A preliminary emission test will be carried out prior to commencing the conversion.
